The role:
As a Principal Technical Services Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
- Provide excellent technical services aimed at delivering long-term value for the customer and JM supporting oil refineries with all aspects of their operational and technical use for the FCC Additives.
- Developing and deploying the appropriate level of technical services for individual customers.
- Developing sales opportunities with Regional Sales Managers.
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with customer stakeholders in an ethical and safe manner
- Providing advice to customers in reviews of project and investment plans for improvement of their production assets
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Background in refinery applications with specific expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking including a thorough understanding of FCC catalyst and additive technology.
- Experience of operation of oil refineries, specifically FCC.
- Proven technical service experience
- Proficient written and spoken English communication skills
