Report to Head of Sales, MAHLE Trading Japan
Tasks
Training
Responsible for planning and executing trainings on MTJC product quality and reliability to externals and internals
Initiate up-to-date technical materials (brochures, videos, etc)
Implement training KPIs and evaluate the result
Handling of queries and claims
Responsible and a point of contact for all claims, inquiries on MTJC products quality issues
Investigate claims received, address with findings back to customers
Responsible for visiting customers to explain the product claim report
Interface with Sales, Customer Service departments with claims as an input to the problem-solving processes
Improve the product quality by working closely with Product Managers, suppliers
Education and experience level
University bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and/or technical service in automotive industry is mandatory
Onsite experience in maintenance is preferred
Experience / knowledge of aftermarket is a plus
Language skills
Business Japanese and English language skills
