仕事内容:

当社は全国に展開しているインターネットからの買取と販売に特化したリユースショップを運営しています。

楽器やフィギュア、ゲーム、アウトドア用品といった趣味アイテムから、電動工具や機械といった法人向けのアイテムまで、取り扱う商品のジャンルは多岐に渡ります。弊社のWEB業務は、お客様から買取のお問い合わせをいただくことを目的に、WEBサイトの運用・改修を行います。数値をもとに課題を見つけ、改善を継続していく業務です。

【主な業務内容】

・自社WEBサイト全体の運用・管理

・検索流入を意識したページ改善

・アクセス解析ツールを用いた数値確認

・WEBに関する改善と実行

・Visual Studio code

・Adobe Photoshop

・Figma

【入社後の流れ】

入社後は、サイト更新や改修などの実務を通して、WEBサイトの基本構造や運用を学んでいただきます。業務を覚えながら徐々に改善業務にも関わり、将来的にはサイト全体を見ながら運用・改善を担っていただく想定です。

【必須条件】

・デザイン制作経験者

・HTML / CSSの知識

・サイト制作におけるJavascriptの理解

・WordPressの理解

・Google Analytics / Search Console の利用経験

・SEOの知識

・Googleリスティング広告の知識

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:原則9:00~18:00(休憩1時間、実働8時間)

曜日:原則月〜金

仕事に慣れてきたら、出勤時間の調整、土日祝出勤も可能です。

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(原則土日、一部の祝日休み)

正社員年間休日:120日

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥249,100 〜 ¥278,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥32,492〜¥36,262(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
