今回募集するのは、

会社と営業チームを支える【事務スタッフ】。

オフィスワークが初めての方も、

「事務に挑戦してみたい」という気持ちがあれば大丈夫。

仕事の進め方や商品知識は、入社後にしっかり学べます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

営業スタッフやお客様を支える、バックオフィス業務です。

<主な業務内容>

・電話、メール対応(受信中心)

・見積書の作成、資料準備

・データ入力、書類整理

・顧客情報の管理

・営業スタッフの事務サポート

・備品管理や発送手配

・簡単な経理サポート

最初からすべてを任せることはありません。

一つずつ覚えながら、できることを増やしていけます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~19:00(実働8時間)

※8時半、または10時出社(シフト制)で調整できます

※残業時間はほぼありません。

休日休暇


週休2日制(原則土日、シフトで月1,2回程度土日出勤有)

※一週間のうち、休日が2日になるように自由に申請可能

※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万5776円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万4224円 〜

※基本給215776円+業務手当38224円+皆勤手当6000円
