【2025年東京都港区に開園した、新しいインターナショナルプリスクールです】

A new international preschool opened in Minato City in 2025.

・2歳から6歳の幼児に向け、当園のコンセプトに基づいたイエナプラン、アドラー心理学、モンテッソーリ、フィンランド教育、レッジョ・エミリアアプローチなどの海外の教育哲学を取り入れた子ども主体の保育の実施

・クラスパートナーと共にクラスをリードする(保育指針を基盤とし新しいアイデアを取り入れた日案、週案、月案、年間計画の作成とドキュメンテーション、保護者連絡の作成、実施)

・保護者との積極的なコミュニケーション

・清潔で安全な環境の維持

・各種ミーティングやトレーニングへの参加

・その他、園の運営に関わる業務

・Providing child‑centered care and education for children aged 2 to 6, grounded in our school's concept and enriched by international educational philosophies such as the Jena Plan, Adlerian psychology, Montessori, Finnish education, and the Reggio Emilia approach.

・Leading the class in collaboration with a class partner (creating and documenting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans, as well as parent communication materials, based on childcare guidelines while integrating new ideas).

・Proactive communication with parents.

・Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

・Participating in various meetings and training sessions.

・Other tasks related to nursery operations.

求める人材:

・二年以上の保育経験

・英語保育に抵抗がないこと(園内での主言語は英語です)

・高い成長意欲と研修や学びへの熱意

・コーチング、コミュニケーション、高い対人スキルをお持ちの方

・レポートや計画作成、業務ツール、Canvaの活用などパソコンを用いた業務に抵抗がないこと

・保育士資格または幼稚園教諭免許または看護師免許があればなお可

・2+ years of experience working in childhood education

・Currently residing in Japan

・Strong growth mindset and passion for pieces of training and learning.

・Communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

・Basic computer skills such as word, excel, operation tool and Canva, and no resistance to Tech.

・Qualification in childhood education is a plus.

勤務時間・曜日:

・8:00~19:00(60分休憩、実働8時間)

・残業一日あたり30~45分間程度(残業手当:有)
