- 基幹保険システムにおけるアーキテクチャ設計から本番運用まで、エンドツーエンドのソフトウェアライフサイクルをリードする
- 事業目標、顧客ニーズ、モダナイゼーション目標に沿って、プロダクトバックログの優先順位付けと実行を推進する
- SLA性能向上、インシデント削減、安全性・安定性・コンプライアンス遵守を確保する
- Agile、DevOps、CI/CD、TDD、最新のエンジニアリングベストプラクティスをグローバルチーム全体に浸透させる
- クラウドネイティブ導入やメインフレーム刷新を含む複数年のモダナイゼーションロードマップを策定・実行する
- AI/ML、データ分析、自動化などの新技術を導入し、顧客体験と業務効率を向上させる
- 高可用性、災害復旧、サイバー耐性、システム監視を確保し、運用面での卓越性を維持する
- パフォーマンス指標、KPI、デリバリー成果、財務指標を追跡・管理し、事業および技術目標を達成する
必須スキル
- 金融サービスまたはテクノロジー業界における大規模デジタルトランスフォーメーションで、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームを10〜15年以上リードした経験
- クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの知見
- マイクロサービスおよびAPI駆動システム(Java/Spring Boot、Kong/APIM)
- 最新フロントエンド技術(React、HTML、JavaScript)
- モバイル技術(Swift、Objective-C、React Native)
- AI、ビッグデータプラットフォーム、データエンジニアリングの経験

A Global and one of the world's largest Insurance Service provide is looking for a strong bilingual leader for the Assistant VP, Core Insurance Mainframe Modernization within Information Technology Department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend software lifecycle for Core Insurance systems, from architecture to production operations
- Plan, prioritize, and execute product backlogs aligned with business goals, customer needs, and modernization objectives
- Maintain secure, resilient, compliant, and stable platforms with strong SLA performance and reduced incidents
- Promote Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, and engineering best practices across global delivery teams
- Oversee architecture decisions, technology stack selection, and technical governance to ensure scalable modernization
- Define and implement a multiyear modernization roadmap, including cloudnative adoption and mainframe transformation
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, data analytics, automation) to improve customer experience and operations
- Lead, mentor, and grow multicountry engineering teams, fostering hiring, upskilling, and a strong engineering culture
- Ensure operational excellence with high availability, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and system monitoring
- Track and manage performance metrics, KPIs, delivery outcomes, and financials to meet business and technology commitments
Required Skills:
- 10–15+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in largescale digital transformation programs within financial services or technology industries
- Cloudnative architecture
- Microservices & APIdriven systems (Java/Spring Boot, Kong/APIM)
- Modern frontend technologies (React, HTML, JavaScript)
- Mobile technologies (Swift, Objective-C, React Native)
- AI, Big Data platforms, and data engineering
- Proven background building missioncritical, secure, resilient, and highperformance systems in complex, regulated environments
- Deep knowledge across the
SDLC:
CI/CD, test-driven development, domain-driven design, DevOps, Agile
- Experience modernizing legacy/mainframe systems and integrating with cloudnative services
- Prior experience managing SaaS platforms, strategic vendors, offshore teams, and multicountry engineering organizations
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex engineering concepts for business stakeholders
- Japanese: N2 or above
