【仕事内容】

クライアント責任者(アカウントマネージャー)として、システム開発における品質検証のプロジェクトマネジメントを複数ご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・プロジェクトの上流工程から状況把握を行い、テスト戦略の策定、プロジェクト管理ルール、管理プロセスの構築等、品質標準化と管理体制構築の支援を行う

・お客様開拓、提案~PJ立上げ~拡大に至るまでの一連のビジネス工程を主担当者として担う

・クライアント責任者(アカウントマネージャー)としてお客様/新PJの開拓、提案~PJ立上げ~拡大に至るまでの一連のビジネス工程を主担当者として担う

・複数案件のPMもしくはクライアント責任者(アカウントマネージャー)として、システム開発における品質検証の複数のプロジェクトマネジメントを行う

【求める人材】

・経営/部門運営など、組織予算の策定から方針検討、実行管理を含めた組織運営に携わった経験

・ソフトウェア開発業界におけるPM以上の経験(5年以上)

・コンサルティング経験(IT/開発/品質/DX)(3年以上)

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
