【職務概要】
大規模金融系システムの基盤保守プロジェクトにおいて、長期的に安定した基盤運用を担うリーダーポジションです。顧客折衝や課題管理、品質管理、提案活動など、基盤運用だけでなく改善・最適化に関わる裁量の大きい役割です。将来的にはPMとしてのキャリアアップも可能です。人々や社会に欠かせない金融業界のITインフラ運用を支える、社会貢献性の高いポジションになります。

【職務内容】
インフラ基盤チーム (メインフレーム) のリーダーとして、10名規模のチーム管理
顧客折衝・調整、報告業務(資料作成~報告)
課題・進捗・品質管理
システム変更作業の計画・推進・完了管理
顧客要望に基づくソリューション提案

Who You Are

・5~10名程度のチームマネジメント経験 (1年以上)
・顧客折衝・提案経験 (1年以上)
・MS Office製品の基本スキル(ドキュメント作成)

・メインフレームに関する基本知識(あれば尚可)
・プロジェクト工程管理の経験・理解
