職務内容
(1)療養中の心理的・社会的問題の解決、調整援助
(2)受診・受療援助
(3)退院(社会復帰)援助
(4)経済的問題の解決、調整援助
(5)地域活動
(6)医師を含む地域保健医療スタッフとの連携
(7)相談支援センターの業務
(8)相談支援・療養調整に関する調査や研究実施協力
(9)その他付随する業務
応募資格
(1) 4 年制医療または福祉系大学卒業、またはそれ以上の学歴を有する方
(2) 社会福祉士または精神保健福祉士の資格を有する方
(3) ワード、エクセル、メール等の基本的な PC 入力、編集操作ができる方
(4) 5年以上がん臨床経験を有する方
(5) 当センターの理念・基本方針を理解し、職務に誠実かつ積極的に取り組む意欲
がある方
(6) 他の職員と協調して業務を遂行する能力のある方
(7) がん相談支援センター相談員基礎研修 を修了、またはそれ
に準じた経験があることが望ましい
(8) がん患者・家族への支援等について、当がん相談支援センターの方針を共有で
きる方
(9) 専門職としての知識の習得に意欲を有し、積極的に研修等に参加をするなどの
努力をおしまず、がん領域の相談業務について継続的に活動していく意欲のあ
る方
(10) 患者支援業務とともに、がん相談支援に関わる人材育成、研究開発にも取り組
む意欲のある方
(11) 厚生労働省指定都道府県または地域がん診療連携拠点病院がん相談支援センタ
ーでのがん専門相談員としてがん相談等の経験もしくはそれに準じた経験が 1
年以上あることが望ましい
(12) 国立がん研究センターがん対策研究所認定がん相談専門員の資格を有する者を
歓迎する
処遇等
(1)身分 常勤職員(任期付き常勤職員)
(2)勤務時間 勤務日:週 5 日(祝日等を除く月曜日から金曜日)
勤務時間:週 38 時間 45 分(平日:8 時 30 分から 17 時 15 分)
(3)給与等 当センター職員給与規程により決定
(学歴、職歴により算出します。内定後、算出に必要な提出書類が
あります。)
交通費等各種手当、厚生労働省第二共済組合、厚生年金(第 2 号)、
雇用保険、年 2 回賞与、有給休暇、その他特別休暇など
雇用期間
採用日から 3 年間
注:雇用期間満了時、当センターの運営状況を鑑み、かつ、勤務成績が不良でない場合
は、審査により無期雇用に切り替わることとなります。ただし、定年を適用し、原則
60 歳までの雇用となります。また、採用より 6 か月間は試用期間となります。
