未経験から始める経理事務

「数字はちょっと苦手…」という方もご安心ください。

当社の経理事務は、伝票入力や請求書のチェック、入出金の管理など、会社のお金の流れをサポートするお仕事です。

専門知識や経験は不要。最初は先輩が丁寧に教えるので、少しずつ覚えていけば大丈夫です。

20代のスタッフが多く、質問しやすい雰囲気があるため、未経験からでも安心してスタートできます。

コツコツ作業が得意な方や、ルールに沿って正確に進めるのが好きな方にぴったりの環境です。

【主な仕事内容】

・会計ソフトへのデータ入力

売上や経費などをパソコンに入力します。

・請求書・領収書のチェックと整理

内容を確認し、正確に管理します。

・月次・年次決算のサポート

数字の集計や資料作成をお手伝いします。

・給与計算の補助

スタッフのお給料データを確認・入力します。

・その他経理に関する業務全般

会社を支える「お金の管理役」として活躍できます。

※業務遂行にあたり、日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1レベル相当)が求められます。

社内外とのコミュニケーション(メール・チャット)はすべて日本語で行うため、ビジネスレベルの日本語力が必要です。

本募集は、将来的なキャリア形成を目的とした若年層の採用を想定しており、35歳未満の方を対象とした募集となります(雇用対策法施行規則第1条の3第1項第3号イに基づく)
