Customer Support Supervisor II

Work Schedule

Hybrid – Hiratsuka, JP

Main Responsibilities

General customer services in the sales department.
Manage sales order and delivery schedule for assigned customers.
Issue and follow up of quotations, invoices and other documents related to sales activities using SAP.
Respond to customer needs and inquiries as a contact point for domestic and overseas customers.
Collaborate and cooperate with sales account managers and related departments for the execution of operations.
Participate in improving the sales transaction process (e.g. price, keeping sales records, customer support role).
Other administration jobs such as taking care of visitors, filing, mailing etc.

販売取引プロセス(例:
価格、販売記録の保存、カスタマーサポートの役割)の改善への参画

その他、営業庶務全般(来客対応、ファイリング、郵便物の配布等)

Qualifications

Education/degree

Junior college or university graduate

Work Experiences

2+ years of experience in sales administration
Knowledge and experience in order placement
Knowledge and experience in import/export transactions preferred
Experience working with overseas preferred
Other skills
IT skills – Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Experience in ERP system, SAP user preferred
Honest and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and cooperatively
Change management and flexible mindset
Time management skills with an awareness of productivity and efficiency
