Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate Access Business
Prior experience in event planning would be beneficial
Strong orginization skills
Business level both spoken and written Japanese and English
Proactive with following up to all parties.
Proficient in Outlook suite – i.e. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet and, etc.
Responsible, reliable and patient
Goal oriented and hard worker
Team player and self-starter
Speedy and efficient with follow through ability
