仕事内容

<旅⾏予約サイト「」で営業職募集>

  • 育休復帰率100%有給を使って1週間など⻑期連休をとる社員も多数
  • 90%以上が中途⼊社業界未経験や第⼆新卒の⽅も歓迎

⽇本国内の宿泊施設を対象にオンライン旅⾏予約サイト『』への掲載を提案します。⾃分の提案で訪⽇客に対し、⽇本の良さを世界に広めていける⾯⽩さのある仕事です。

【Trip.comとは】

オンライン上でホテル・航空券・鉄道等の旅⾏予約ができる⾃社媒体です。中国で圧倒的な⼈気を誇っており、中国から⽇本に訪れる観光客の半数は当サイトの利⽤者とされています。

【具体的には】

担当エリア内の宿泊施設の調査から提案、アフターフォローまで⼀連の業務を担います。

新規顧客は500社ほど担当いただき、その中からアポを取って、提案に繋げていただきます。電話やオンラインでの提案と訪問での提案が半数ずつの割合です。

訪問する場合も事前にアポを取るため、⾶び込みはありません。

※既存顧客のサポートは7割、新規顧客への提案は3割程度。

【仕事のやりがい】

顧客から「どうやったらホテルの訪問客数を増やせるかな?」などのご相談を受けることも多く、Trip.comを介してたくさんのお客様をホテルに送客できるように対策を考えます

サイト上の特集企画への参画などを提案することで、結果送客数を増やせることに繋がり、お客様から

「ありがとう」と感謝の⾔葉を⾔っていただける機会も多く、顧客との関係構築も深められるやりがいのある仕事です

当サイトは宿泊や移動の予約以外にも、周辺地域の店舗と連携してバナー制作やクーポンの配信を⾏なっていることが特徴です。専⾨の事業部が営業を担当するため、業務上の負担もありません。

例えば特定エリアの特集を企画し、地域の名物や⼈気スポットを紹介することで利⽤を促すこともできます。サイト内の企画と連動することで、宿泊施設だけでなく地域の活性化に貢献することが可能です。

求める⼈材

  • 営業経験が2年以上ある⽅
  • 運転免許証お持ちの方
  • 2泊~3泊の出張が可能な方

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力

  • 学歴不問/⾼卒OK

  • 法⼈営業/新規開拓営業の経験がある⽅無形商材の営業経験者
  • 20代〜30代の男⼥活躍中Uターン/Iターン歓迎

<⼊社後の流れ>

新⼈レッスンを実施し、1~2週間程度かけて業界知識やシステムの使⽤⽅法を教えていく予定です。業界未経験の⽅は、⼊社後3ヶ⽉ほどはOJTなどの研修をとおし、業界や会社のこと、⾃社サイトを勉強しながら先輩スタッフに同⾏して学びましょう。
