Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 This position is responsible for the formulation of appropriate audit programs for complex and varied global and regional topics, assigning and directing internal audit members and/or co-sourcing resources to complete the audit plans as scheduled, generating final audit reports , and conducting thorough follow-up audit work on previously identified issues. 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後)

  • Lead complex global and regional projects as assigned, including: - Managing the audit process in conducting interviews, reviewing documents, developing, and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers. - Managing the audit process in the identification, development, and documentation of audit issues and recommendations. - Communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IT-related risks and controls to the internal audit team
  • Develop and maintain productive client, staff, and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
  • Provide advice and counsel about recommendations to improve results and/or mitigate risk with management, including senior management.
  • Be responsible to provide day to day oversight of third-party co-source members supporting the projects. Nihonbashi, Tokyo, or home as determined by the company 【応募要件 / Qualifications】

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience leading and managing IT audit engagements.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO.
  • Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and information security principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong data analysis, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to detect opportunities for change and facilitate change.
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, CIA, or CISSP.
  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
  • Project management skills and experience managing complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
