リスク&ガバナンス監査チームでは、個別監査業務のLead Auditor候補者GG11またはContributing AuditorGG10を募集いたします。Auditorに必要なスキルは、多岐にわたりますが、監査部門内では各Roleに対する様々なトレーニングがGlobalベースで提供されており、また、公認内部監査人(CIA)等の資格取得や英語スキル向上に対するサポートも充実しています。

■このポジションを募集する背景

リスク&ガバナンス監査チームは、メットライフ生命保険株式会社の主にリスク管理、コンプライアンスおよび資産運用分野の監査を担当するチームで、今回は、リプレイスのためオープンとなったポジションを急募いたします。

【職務内容】

今回募集するポジションは、個別監査業務のLead Auditor候補者、もしくは、Contributing Auditorを想定しています。リスク&ガバナンス監査チームの一員として、Lead Auditorの指導の元で、以下の監査関連業務の職責を果たすことができる方です。

今回募集するポジションは、Lead Auditorの策定する個別監査のプランニング(時期/期間、監査チーム編成、監査目的、監査スコープ)のサポートを行います。プランニングには、監査の実施期間、監査対象の期間、監査チームメンバーの編成、監査目的、監査スコープ等が含まれます。個別監査の実施においては、リスクベースで対象となるプロセス/コントロールのテスティングを行い、一定の監査品質が確保できるように、MetLife監査部門のメソドロジーに沿ったHCFM(プロセスフローチャート)、RCM、監査調書等の作成を行います。

また、監査チームメンバーの一員として、自身のアサイメント管理を行い、与えられたTime Budget内に監査を完了する責任があります。監査指摘の可能性がある事象を発見した場合は、速やかにLead Auditorに報告するとともに、メットライフのInternal Audit StandardsおよびManualに従って、リスク評価を行い、指摘事項のレーティングを決定します。被監査部門に指摘事項を説明するために、「Discussion Paper(日本語)」を作成し、先方の合意を取ります。また、リスクを低減することのできる実行可能な改善策の立案を促します。さらに、Lead Auditor(またはLead Auditor候補者)は、各指摘事項のレーティング等を考慮して、総括的な監査意見をドラフトし、Audit Report(英語)にまとめます。Audit Reportはチーム長ほか、日本および海外拠点の上席者のレビューを受けます。

【経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)】

以下のいずれかの業務経験:

・生命保険会社における業務経験(コンプライアンス、リスク管理、資産運用、経理・財務、オペレーション業務等)

・保険、銀行、証券業界における内部監査業務の経験

・監査法人における監査・アシュランス・アドバイザリーサービス業務の経験(クライアントは、生命保険、銀行、証券会社等の金融業界が望ましい)

以下のスキル/知識:

・監査メソドロジー(CIA資格)習得、英語力(TOEICスコア)向上に前向きに取り組むことができる方

・論理的思考/分析力(エラーを発見するだけでなく課題を導くスキル)

・職業的懐疑心

・ビジネス環境の変化からリスクを捉えられる力

・傾聴力を含むインタビュースキル

・優れた文章(日本語/英語での監査計画書、監査調書、監査報告書など)作成能力

・相手の理解度に合わせて、伝わる内容を作成できる文章表現力およびプレゼンスキル

・自発的に仕事に取り組み、チームワークを重視して働ける方

・基本的なビジネスソフトウェア(Word、Excel、Power Point, Visioなど)を使いこなせる方

・関連法令、金融庁監督指針等に関する知識

語学:

・日本語(Native相当)

・英語(ビジネスレベル-特に読み書き)

【経験・スキル・資格・学歴(なお可)】

・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

以下のスキル/知識:

・生命保険商品や実務に関する知識

・オペレーショナルリスク管理や内部統制に関する知識

以下の資格:

・監査関連資格(公認会計士、USCPA、CIA、CISA等)

・リスク管理、コンプライアンスもしくは資産運用に関連する資格
