Participate in the development of an identity and access management strategy, which could include the evaluation, selection, deployment of various identity solutions (e.g., IGA,SSO, MFA, PAM).
Work with stakeholders in both IT and lines of business to develop a program that fosters innovation and drives efficiencies across the organization.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management policies, procedures, and configurations and develop metrics reporting on current state.

- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in identity and access management.
- Strong knowledge of IAM solutions, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in identity management strategy development and integration planning.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or identity management-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with identity governance and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of identity management tools and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
