募集部門の紹介
成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施している部門です。主な担当は、建築、機械、電気に分かれています。
今回は、CAPEX案件のプロセス設計、施工管理を主業務とするチームを率い、詳細設計及び建設、試運転、立ち上げに関わっていただきます。また部下の教育、プロセスエンジニアリングチームの立上に関わっていただきます。
職務範囲
応募要件
高専、大学(工学系)卒業以上あるいはそれ同等の経験知識を有する技術者
(あれば尚可)
下記業務の経験者。または、それに相当する業務の経験者(実務経験5年以上)
医薬品、化粧品、食品等製造設備・機器等の設計・製作等の業務にかかわり、プロジェクトエンジニアリングに興味のある方も、OJTを通じて職務経験を活かした上でプロジェクトエンジニアとしてご活躍いただけます。
待遇
諸手当:通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など
昇給:原則年1回
賞与:原則年2回
勤務時間:本社(大阪市中央区・東京都中央区)9:00~17:30 、工場(山口県光市・大阪市淀川区)8:00~16:45 、(千葉県成田市)8:45~17:15 、 研究所(神奈川県藤沢市)9:00~17:45
休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など(年間123日程度)
働き方関連制度:フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入(対象社員)
