    Senior Total Reward Partner

    The role:

    As a Senior Total Reward Partner , you will report to TR Director and act as the point of contact for the TR function in an international market. You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes (., compensation planning, job evaluation, as well as benefits processes, including all necessary aspects of the process.

    Main responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the international TR team being responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of TR programs for an international market, design, and coordination of compensation processes.
  • Providing day-to-day TR support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, job pricing and recommendations, and sharing insights impacting the TR with departments on organizational structural changes.
  • Lead global TR Projects within QVC International (QI) that roll down from the group and implement in your markets.
  • Developing new concepts and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices.
  • Designing and creating material for sustaining and embedding QI TR programs for leaders and employees
  • Working in close connection with Finance dept and act as a point of reference for all the TR Related topics
  • Developing and implementing market benefits as needed.
  • Proactively managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Recommending annual merit increase plan and salary structure movement
  • Leading market annual compensation process for the administration of annual increases, bonuses, and long-term Incentives

    • Who are we looking for?

    To be successful in this role you should be the subject matter expert for all Total Rewards topics (compensation and benefits)

    Ideally, we would like you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment, acting as a standalone expert in the Japan and China markets, and partnering with all levels of stakeholders, including the executive level.
  • Experience in supporting the review and design of total reward programs, including external analysis, creating business cases, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology would be beneficial.
  • Experience leading key compensation processes, including: Annual compensation review cycle Annual salary survey submission Gender Pay Gap reporting. Bonus and LTI administration
  • Experience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, negotiating annual reviews, and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management)
  • Good understanding of regulatory and compliance-related topics
  • Experience in budget management and cost calculation.
  • Experience working with an HRIS, knowledge of Workday and PayFactors would be an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English , with the ability to translate technical content into accessible communication for the team member.
  • Excellent PC skills are required along with advanced working knowledge of Excel (incl. pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word

    • On a personal level you need to be an excellent communication, have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stakeholders up to C-level executives. You need to possess high level of accuracy and attention to detail, have strong math and analytical skills and be an effective problem-solver.
