The Business Support Development Department (BSD) is positioned as a division that comprehensively supports the diverse operations of the Rakuten Group.
We are committed to furthering business development both internally and externally, promoting support activities in various areas. From in-house departments to Rakuten Market shop owners and business partners like hotels and inns in Rakuten Travel, we are revolutionizing daily business with our technology and services.

Specifically, you will be responsible for creating a standardized analysis platform. Using a data platform, you will be in charge of implementing data analysis functions for facilities and hotels, as well as maintaining data pipelines.

Position Details
Focused on creating a standardized analysis platform to refine the Rakuten Travel system further, you will handle everything from implementing data analysis functions to optimizing data pipelines.
