マイナビ・マイナビグループ企業の経理システム運用・サポート業務をお任せいたします。

<業務詳細>

  • 経理システム運用・保守

・経費精算システムの管理運用

・会計組織図の管理運用

・経理システムの管理運用

・経費精算に関する従業員からの問い合わせ対応

・経理処理補助ツールの管理運用

(1) 経費精算システムのペーパーレス化

(2) 管理会計用の原価振替や経費振替のシステム化

他社で経理を経験したのち中途入社。ペーパーレス化のプロジェクトに参加し、業務再構築や規程整備およびシステムリプレイスなどを進めたのち、システム本稼働後は業務責任者として携わり所属長に昇進。

【経理統括部】

求める人材

<必須スキル>

・一般的なITスキル(Excel、パワポ、ネット知識等)

・ITシステム活用がお好き、または意欲的な方

下記いずれかが該当する方

・システムの運用経験や導入経験2年以上

・経理としての実務経験2年以上

<歓迎スキル>

・経理実務経験、簿記3級以上の経理知識や実務経験

・経理関連システムの運用経験や導入経験
