仕事内容:
- 主に中国籍の求職者(留学生や社会人)を対象に、就職先のご紹介および就職活動全般のサポートを担当します。具体的には、履歴書・職務経歴書等の基本資料の回収および添削サポートを行い、受講生一人ひとりの状況に応じた求人のご紹介や、適切な就職アドバイスを提供します。
- 弊社が保有する各種求人チャネル・求人案件を管理し、求職者のニーズに対して求人票を案内します。企業と連絡し、面接日程の調整、必要書類の回収等を行います。
- 社内における各種連絡・調整業務を円滑に進め、他部署と積極的に連携しながら業務を遂行するとともに、業務の進捗や成果については、適宜上長へ報告・共有します。
- SNS等の各種集客チャネルを活用し、人材紹介事業における求職者の集客を行うとともに、求職者情報を一元管理し、KPIの設定・管理を行います。

- SNS等(Redbook中心)の各種チャネルを活用した求職者の集客業務

《必須条件》
- 日本での就職または就業経験のある方
- コミュニケーション力・異文化理解能力のある方
- 基本的なオフィスソフトに習熟し、業務効率を重視する方
- 中国語(ネイティブレベル、またはビジネスレベル)での読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能な方
- 日本語での業務連絡・文書作成が可能な方
