業務内容


特定技能サービス部HRグループの営業担当として、クライアントに寄り添った採用課題の解決をお願いします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・新規顧客の開拓営業および既存顧客への深耕営業

・クライアントの採用ニーズのヒアリング、求人票の作成

・採用戦略、採用コンサルティングの提案

・求職者の推薦、面接調整、進捗管理

・入社までのフォローアップ

※1人あたり10~20社を担当します

※クライアントとは長いお付き合いになるため、信頼関係を築いていってくださいね

《クライアントについて》

飲食業の法人をメインにお取引をしています。

業態:レストラン、居酒屋、ラーメン店、ホテル内レストラン、介護施設、給食事業所など

規模:問わず(全国に100店舗以上を展開するような大手企業とのお付き合いもあります)

累積取引企業数:約300社

対象エリア:全国(東京、名古屋、大阪がメイン)

《実績について》

登録者数:年間約8,000名(月間約700名/対象:日本国内にお住まいの外国籍の方)

累積紹介人数:約1500名

支援実績国:タイ、ミャンマー、インドネシア、ネパール、バングラデシュ、モンゴル、中国、ベトナム(8ヶ国)

《1日のスケジュール例》

10:00~ 全体朝礼後、各チームの朝礼

10:30~ 営業開始(企業対応、テレアポなど)

12:00~ お昼休憩

13:00~ クライアントとの商談(1~2件)

16:00~ 打合せ対応、テレアポ

17:00~ 上長との面談、ミーティング、営業リストの作成・更新

18:00~ メール返信、残タスクの処理・管理、各チームの終礼

19:00~ 今日も1日お疲れ様でした

※残業は月平均15時間程度です

※商談件数は1日1~2件程度です(商談は原則オンラインで行います)

【研修制度】

  • 座学研修(1~2週間)

営業や飲食店についての基礎、社内システム、在留資格「特定技能」などについてお教えします。

  • 部門でのOJT研修(約3ヶ月)

アポイント獲得方法やお客様との商談方法などについて学んでいきます。

チームマネージャーやメンバーたちと一緒になって進めるので、分からないことがあれば何でも聞いてくださいね。

  • その後のサポート
