■本ポジションの役割と目的:
Qoo10のビューティーカテゴリーの更なる成長を担って頂ける優秀な人材を求めております。
Qoo10のコスメアイテムセラー様に対して、主に商品掲載、販売促進まで、幅広い業務に携わる販促企画営業をお任せします。多岐にわたるコスメアイテムを販売するセラーへの広告提案を行い、Qoo10の品揃え拡充とコスメカテゴリーの売り上げ/広告収入の拡大を推進するポジションです。Qoo10への出店新規開拓営業をしていただくこともあります。
コスメの流行やトレンドにアンテナを張りながら、セラー様と販売戦略を練っていく、いわば「ヒット商品の仕掛け人」ともいえるポジションです。1人の営業が1件1件のクライアントセラーに対してプロモーション活動を含む販売促進活動までをワンストップで担当します。
■職務内容:
★★既存セラー様への販売サポート/商品企画/広告提案など★★
新規出店セラー様の開拓(ネットショップ/小売企業/卸/メーカー等、営業対象は日本国内のメーカー・店舗)
■必須経験:
①正社員経験2年以上
②以下いずれかの経験(両方持ち合わせている方だと尚良し):
営業職経験(新規・既存不問、業界不問)
化粧品関連業界経験 ※化粧品量販店等での販売職経験者は、店長レベルが望ましい(売り上げ管理等を担当されていた方、但し応相談)
③日本語ネイティブ
④Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPointの使用経験
