採用代行にとどまらず、LinkedIn導入支援、ダイレクト採用、エージェント活用支援、採用ブランディング、アルムナイ運用、リファラル採用など、包括的なサービスを提供しています。

【募集背景】

2024年10月、当社はアルムナイ事業を展開するハッカズークと経営統合によりグループ化しました。

「入り口」のLeINと「出口」のハッカズークが連携することで、両社のサービスを強化し更なる事業拡大を目指しています。

今のフェーズを「第1.5創業期」と位置づけ組織づくりを進めていく上で、組織体制を盤石なものにすべく、メンバーとの1on1や目標設定を通じて各メンバーの成長を支援し、採用支援プロジェクトの本質的な導入背景や意図をメンバーに落とし込み、着実に価値を生み出しながら、求心力を持って事業をけん引いただけるマネジャーを探しております。「採用支援」と(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

・中途採用業務全般の知識及び実務経験

・中途採用課題に対する企画/コンサルティング経験

・中途採用戦略の立案・実行リード経験

・中途採用におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・ピープルマネジメント経験(チーム規模不問)

【歓迎スキル】

・SIer、コンサルティングファーム、Web業界の知識または実務経験

・エンジニア採用経験

・RPO経験(母集団形成~面談~クロージング)

・LinkedIn、ビズリーチなどでのソーシング経験

・エンジニアご出身の方
