【仕事内容】

お客様のITインフラやセキュリティに関する課題やニーズに対して、提案から導入、保守まで一貫して担当し、セキュリティ強化を

実現していただきます。専門知識や経験に応じて、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・セキュリティ対策の導入、及びITインフラ(パソコン、サーバー〈オンプレミス・クラウド〉、ネットワーク機器)業務全般

・お客様の課題やニーズのヒアリング

・課題解決やニーズに応じたセキュリティ製品やサービスの企画・提案

・システム要件に基づく環境設計と構築

・お客様先での納品作業(オンプレミス環境が中心のため、現地作業が多く発生します)

・稼働後の保守対応(問い合わせ対応、障害対応、セキュリティインシデントの初動対応など)

・保守内容に応じてお客様先での作業が発生する場合もありますが、多くのお客様がリモート保守環境を導入しており、社内からのリモート対応も可能です。

【求める人材】

・ファイアウォール、UTM、ウイルス対策ソフト等のセキュリティ対策の導入経験があり、セキュリティ分野の基本的な知識を有していること

・Windows系のパソコン、サーバについて、基本的な設定項目や機能といった知識を有し、必要環境の要件に基づいて、

機器の選定やサイジング、顧客への提案、環境設計、環境構築、納品作業、保守対応といった一連の業務経験があること

【歓迎】

・Windows系サーバの仮想サーバ基盤(Hyper-V)やクラスタ構成の環境構築経験

・AWSのコンピューティング、管理・ガバナンス、ネットワーキング、セキュリティ、ストレージといったインフラ・セキュリティ系のサービスを利用した環境構築経験

【給与】

年収800~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
