成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施して成田工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。 Work Life Balance及び Productivityに重点を置いたメリハリのある職場です。
職務内容:
- 製剤設備の予防保全、設備のメンテナンス計画の立案及び実施
- 製剤製造設備のトラブル時の修理、工程改善活動
- 製剤製造設備の老朽化による設備更新業務
- クオリフィケーション、バリデーション、キャリブレーションの実施および管理
- CMMSを活用したアセットマネージメント(キャリブレーション、設備メンテナンス)
必須要件:
<実務経験>
- 製剤設備の機械及び電気保全経験3年以上
- hands-on maintenance経験(例 キャンドポンプ、充填機、ラベラー等回転機のご自身での整備経験)
- 機械および電気制御・PLCに関する専門知識
- GMPに関する知識(有ると望ましい)
<学歴>
- 高専、大卒、大学院卒又は同等の学歴
<語学力>
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション(口語、読み書き)
- 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗感がない事
<その他>
- 夜間、休日の緊急対応が可能(頻度は少ないですが、トラブル等が発生した場合、対応をお願いすることがございます。)
- 協調性がある方
- 将来、大阪新工場建設に伴う転勤が可能な方 (2030年以降移設予定)
望ましい要件:

- CMMSを活用したアセットマネージメント知識、経験
