仕事概要


【具体的な仕事内容】 投資用コンパクトマンションの仕入営業をしていただきます。 東京23区を中心として投資用コンパクトマンションの流通情報を新規・既存取引先から提供してもらい、その物件の査定及び契約までが仕事内容です。 お客様の資産最大化を実現できる資産価値の高い物件を厳選して仕入れていただきます。 <具体的な業務内容> 取引先の不動産会社とリレーションを構築して、資産価値の高い物件を仕入れる 取引先との関係構築 不動産情報の買取査定 買取契約 【エイマックスの特徴】 ・創業4期目で社員21名で売上104億円達成 ・社員1人当たりの売上は4.9億で業界トップクラス ・顧客ファーストの正しく正直な営業スタイル ・資産価値の高い、他社より優位性がある商品ラインナップ ・少数精鋭の会社で歯車ではなく個人として自己成長できる ・勤務時間や経費など裁量権を各社員に大きく持たせています

必須スキル


下記いずれか1つ以上 ・不動産業界の就業経験半年以上 ・営業経験3年以上(不動産以外でも可)

・不動産投資販売営業(BtoC) ・不動産投資仕入営業(BtoB) ・不動産売買仲介業の実務経験※半年以上 ・宅地建物取引士取得済み

応募概要


給与

月給30~100万円以上+インセンティブ ※固定給は経験、能力を最大限考慮し決定いたします ※応相談で前職の年収も考慮させていただきます 年収モデル ・入社2年目(未経験):年収740万円/メンバークラス/30代/月給30万円+インセンティブ ・入社3年目:年収1200万円/マネージャークラス/30代/月給50万円+インセンティブ
