Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on onsite IT support, resolving technical issues that cannot be handled remotely and supporting end-user services across the local office.
Provide onsite support for Windows, macOS, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Build, deploy, and upgrade laptops for new joiners, movers, and leavers (JML)
Support VPN connectivity, basic networking, and local applications
Manage local asset inventory and hardware deployments
Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, Teams conferencing, and enterprise voice
Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow within SLA targets
Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors and escalate issues when required
Assist with software upgrades, patching, imaging, and network changes
Support audit-related activities alongside IT and business teams
Drive service improvements, automation, and user adoption of IT tools
Collaborate with global IT support teams and local business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience supporting Windows & macOS environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SCCM
Experience with iOS & Android devices
Understanding of VPN and basic networking
Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technology
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
ITIL certification or ITIL-based working knowledge
Experience working in an international environment
Personal Skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
Organized, proactive, and collaborative work style
