職務内容:

  • 候補者は、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、オペレーティングシステムのトラブルシューティング、ならびにプリンター、ファックス機、電話機器、周辺機器のトラブルシューティングを含む(ただしこれらに限定されない)IT現場サポートを提供し、ハードウェア保証や顧客のセキュリティコンプライアンス要件に違反することなくそれらを修復します。
  • Adobe製品やインターネットブラウザなど、一般的なビジネスソフトウェア/アプリケーションのインストールおよびトラブルシューティング
  • オフィスアプリケーション(O365、Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Teams、OneDrive)のインストールおよびトラブルシューティング
  • Appleモバイルデバイスの設定およびトラブルシューティング
  • プリンターおよびVOIP電話の設定・トラブルシューティング
  • 会議室用AV機器のサポート・トラブルシューティング
  • リモートチームからの指示のもと、ラック、パッチパネル、ルーター、ファイアウォール、スイッチ、サーバー、その他エンタープライズレベルハードウェアに関わる基本的なオンサイト作業の補助
  • PXE/USB ISO/Microsoft Configuration ManagerによるOS展開
  • チケット管理システムでユーザーから提起されたインシデントおよびサービスリクエスト(SRQ)の責任者となる
  • すべてのインシデントおよびSRQが規定のSLAタイムライン内で対応され、チケット再発行を回避するため作業が満足のいく形で完了するよう確保
  • ナレッジベース記事のレビューおよびメンテナンス
  • 契約に基づくデスクサイド問題へのVIPサポート提供、および他のITサポートチームが利用不可の場合(例:MIコール時)の全IT関連問題における現地窓口担当
  • 自動化およびサービス改善への貢献

スキル・資格

  • 日本語でのネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力(業務の90%が日本語で行われます)
  • オンサイトサポートにおける2~4年の実務経験
  • Windows 10 OSに関する知識と実務経験
  • EUCツール、リモートサポートツール、MS Office、Outlookに関する高度な専門知識を有すること
  • VPNおよびモバイルデバイスサポートに関する深い理解を有することが望ましい
  • インシデント、変更、問題、サービスリクエストのITILプロセス及び予備品・バッファ在庫管理等の関連業務
  • チケット管理ツール(ServiceNow/Remedy等)の知識・経験
  • サービスリクエスト、インシデント、問題管理、変更プロセスの知識・経験
  • 任意:AD及びスマートハンズ/スマートフィートサポートの知識
  • オプション:タブレット端末サポートの知識・経験

言語スキル:日本語ネイティブレベル(JLPT N級)、ビジネスレベルの英語力
