As they continue expanding their presence in the automotive sector, they are hiring a Key Account Sales / Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with Suzuki, Honda, and Toyota.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong B2B sales experience in automation or robotics who want to influence how Japan's automotive leaders modernize their production lines.
What You'll DoLead key account strategy for Suzuki, Honda, and Toyota
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across production, engineering, and procurement
Drive industrial robot solution sales tailored to OEM automation requirements
Identify new business opportunities and collaboration areas within OEM factories
Present technical solutions and work with internal engineering teams to tailor offerings
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate with global teams, including operations in India (Suzuki's largest production base)
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience in industrial automation or robotics
Strong understanding of robotic applications in automotive manufacturing
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
Experience managing major B2B accounts
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus)
Fluency in Japanese and English
Willingness to travel
