・求人媒体の運用

・評価制度の運用・構築

・社内イベントの企画・運営

・自社エンジニアのフォロー/管理

・採用資料の作成 ほか

採用・総務など幅広い業務に挑戦でき、手を挙げればチャンスが掴める環境です。

【1日の流れ】

10:00~10:15

出社・メールチェック

候補者・エージェント・社内関係者からの連絡を確認。

10:15~11:00

応募者管理・書類選考

応募者の履歴書・職務経歴書を確認し、選考通過者をピックアップ。

11:00~12:00

スカウト送信・求人原稿修正

転職サイトで候補者へスカウト送信、求人内容をブラッシュアップ。

12:00~13:00

昼休憩

社内メンバーとランチ or カフェでひと休み。

13:00~14:30

面接調整・日程管理

応募者や面接官との日程を調整。GoogleカレンダーやATSを使用。

14:30~15:30

一次面接対応(オンライン)

候補者との面接を実施。自社の魅力や仕事内容を説明。

15:00~17:00

内定者フォロー・入社準備

内定通知の送付や入社書類の案内、社内調整など。

17:00~18:00

採用ミーティング

今週の採用状況や課題をチームで共有。善策をディスカッション。

18:00~19:00

データ整理・日報作成
