We are looking for a Senior Manager – Recruiting, Japan who will oversee hiring for all functions especially GTM, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet Zscaler's dynamic growth trajectory within the region.
Leading end-to-end recruiting efforts for GTM roles in Japan, focusing on especially Sales, Marketing, and supporting positions aligned with revenue and growth objectives
Building and execute a talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with hiring managers, APJ TA, and P&C teams, ensuring alignment with Zscaler's corporate culture and vision
Partnering closely with regional leadership to understand workforce plans and GTM priorities, translating them into strategic hiring goals.
Enhancing Zscaler's employer brand in Japan with localized initiatives, including university partnerships, diversity programs, and digital campaigns
Developing and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team, while driving process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven recruitment practices
What We're Looking For(Minimum Qualifications)
10-12+ years of recruitment experience, with a significant focus on GTM hiring within Enterprise Software/SaaS or cybersecurity industries
Proven ability to build and execute talent strategies across senior and niche roles within Sales, Marketing, and other GTM functions
Strong familiarity with Japan's talent landscape, including recruitment nuances for enterprise sales and high-growth technology companies and bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
Expertise in candidate pipeline management, sourcing strategies, and closing high-profile roles across GTM verticals
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrable success in engaging senior leadership on recruitment strategy
What Will Make You Stand Out(Preferred Qualifications)
Experience hiring for cloud security, AI, or Zero Trust-related industries is an advantage
Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS systems (such as Greenhouse), AI-driven sourcing tools, and analytics platforms
