【仕事内容】
人事部長としてホールディングスのポジションから、グループ全体の主軸となる人事戦略に基づき、人事労務業務・マネジメント全般を担っていただきます。

人事戦略立案、労務管理、新卒・中途採用活動、評価・報酬制度や教育制度など人事部の運営とさらなる改善を行っていただきます。
社会の変化、企業の変化とともに変わる人事の在り方を常に見直し、積極的に課題解決いただける方を求めています。戦略・運営のみならず、業務改善や人事DXなども含めた効率化も期待しています。

700万円〜1000万円
年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額583000円〜833000円 基本給583000円〜833000円
管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外
