コントラクトMR・メディカル営業職として、大手製薬会社などのプロジェクトに参加し医薬情報提供に従事いただける方を募集します

【
仕事内容】
製薬会社などの企業に所属し、MRまたはメディカル営業として2~3年ごとに異なるプロジェクト先で医薬品や医療機器の情報提供活動を行います。プロジェクトによって期間は異なりますが、最初のプロジェクトが終了すれば、別のプロジェクトにチャレンジできますので、製品に縛られることなく幅広い疾患・領域の知識を取得しながらMRとしてのキャリアアップも積んでいけるお仕事です。医師や看護師、その他のHCPとコミュニケーションをとりながら、医療従事者を通して患者さんの声に耳を傾けていく仕事でもあるため、看護師としての経験値を最大限に発揮いただけます。

<プロジェクトの例>
・医薬品(糖尿病・循環器・呼吸器・自己免疫・オンコロジー・ジェネリック医薬品など)

・医療機器、その他領域(在宅医療関連・医療システム・整形など)

※1つのプロジェクトへの配属期間は1~2年です。3~4年に延長する場合もあります。

様々な領域のプロジェクトがあるので、MRとして幅広くスキルを磨いていくことができます。

これまでの看護師経験や営業経験を活かしながら、専門性の高い仕事でキャリアを築いていくことができます。

<クリニック担当者のある1日のスケジュール例>
8時~10時 医薬品卸に訪問し、MSとの関係性構築および病院や医師、医薬品の情報を収集

10時~11時 出社、訪問準備やチームメンバーとの情報交換など

11時~14時 午前の診療が訪問する時間を狙って医療機関へ訪問、医師との関係性構築

14時~15時 遅めの昼食を取りながら、午後のスケジュール確認と準備

15時~19時 午後の訪問を終え、そのまま帰宅

※みなし労働時間制のもと、担当施設の訪問時間に合わせて、自身で訪問スケジュールをハンドリングしていきます。

<必須条件>

・専門・短大卒以上の看護師資格をお持ちの方

・要普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

病棟看護師(高度急性期、急性期、回復期、慢性期)、オペ看護師、訪問看護師など様々なご経歴の方が活躍されています

※外資系企業ではありますが、語学力は必須ではありませんのでご安心ください。

【MR資格取得のための研修】
MR資格取得まで丁寧にフォロー。その後も多彩な研修コンテンツで成長をサポートします
■入社~配属までの流れ

入社後は2か月程度の研修を受講いただきます。

・2026年4月:入社

・2026年4月~5月:MR導入研修を受講

・2026年6月~:MRとして各プロジェクトに配属

・2026年12月:MR認定試験 受験

<2ヶ月間のMR導入研修について>
入社2ヶ月間はオンライン研修(在宅勤務)を実施し、業界のルール用語、薬剤についてなど、MRとしての基礎知識をじっくり身に付けていきます。定期的に東京本社でも研修を実施し、オンライン・対面双方からサポートまた、『MR認定試験』のための学習も同時に進め、早期の合格を目指します。研修後は製薬会社の各プロジェクトに配属となり、プロジェクト内でのフォローのもと勤務します。


毎年12月に「MR認定資格」取得のための試験が実施されます。

4月にご入社いただいたのち、認定試験受験のため2か月間の研修を受講いただきますが、研修終了後は定期的に研修部門とコンタクトをとりながら模擬試験の受験などを経て、2026年12月実施のMR認定試験に臨んでいただきます。

<各種トレーニング>
MR認定資格取得後も、定期的な知識のブラッシュアップ、知識習得が必要です。

循環器・脂質異常症、糖尿病、がん、中枢神経、消化器、骨・関節、感染症、呼吸器、ワクチン、医療機器等、各領域の知識・スキルやキャリアごとに学べる、数十種類の研修プログラムをご用意しておりますので、継続的に学び、より専門性の高いMRへのキャリアアップを目指していただけます。

支援体制■
プロジェクト先の企業の名刺や名札を使用し、配属先の上長の指示命令に従って業務にあたりますが、当社側の担当マネージャーからも定期的な面談で指導・育成を行います。

キャリア面談や評価面談などもしっかり行いますので安心してください。また、どのプロジェクトも、チーム内でのミーティングや情報共有を日常的に行っています。リアルタイムで情報交換をすることで、悩みをすぐに解決できることはもちろん、医療従事者の方にも活きた情報をお伝えすることができます。

【必須要件】★業界経験・知識は不要入社後に専門性を身につけられます★

・看護師としての臨床経験2年以上(専門卒短大卒可)

もしくは営業経験2年以上かつ大卒以上

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・ブロック単位内での転居を伴う転勤が可能な方(関東ならば一都六県など※多少の都道府県の入れ替えは相談可能です)

※外資系企業ではありますが、語学力は必須ではありません。

年俸:360-450万円(別途四半期一時金、年一回の賞与支給)

年収:436-535万円(年俸+一時金+賞与)
