・ 月次/四半期/年次決算を、US GAAPおよび日本会計基準に準拠して、期日までに完了させる。
・ 2名の会計担当者を管理しながら、会計業務の計画および運営を行う。
・ ビジネスパートナーとして、積極的に経営陣に対して分析や洞察を提供する。
・ 貸借対照表の勘定科目照合を、期限内にBlacklineで準備・確認する。
・ 税理士法人からの情報依頼に対応するための税務関連資料を作成する。
・ US GAAPおよびSOX要件に関して、社内外の監査人による監査に対応する。
・ 内部統制を導入・維持する。
・ あらゆる業務プロセスの改善を主体的に推進する。
【応募資格】
・大卒以上
・10年以上の経理、財務経験
・英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方(TOEIC750点以上目安)※スピーキング必須
【歓迎要件】
・会社規模300人以上、製造業、医療業界経験者
・マネジメント経験
・簿記・米国会計士等の資格
・ERP バージョンアップまたは、ERP導入経験がある方
・外資企業での就業経験
【勤務時間等】
・就業時間:9:00-18:00(休憩時間:12:00-13:00)
フレックスタイム適用(コアタイムなし)、在宅勤務一部あり
・休日:土曜、日曜、祝日、年末年始
・時間外労働:あり(管理職)
・試用期間:6か月(試用期間中も給与などの条件は変わりません)
・初年度有給:11日(1月~3月入社の場合)など
・給与:これまでの経験・能力・スキルにより相談に応じます。
