【募集背景】

現在IR及び経営企画を統括責任者が1名で行っている状況のため、新たに担当者を募集することにより円滑な組織運営を目指す

【本ポジションから得られるもの】

・当社は2021年に上場を果たしたものの、まだまだ企業規模は小さく成長フェーズであり、これからの会社です。ファイナンスや経営企画といった経営の中枢で、企業の成長を体感することができます。

【ミッション】

・昨対130%以上の売り上げを誇る、正に成長過程にある同社で、財務戦略の策定・実行や数値管理の観点から、会社のビジョンを達成して いく上での道筋を経営層の一員としてつくっていくことがメインミッションです。

※会社としては既存事業を伸ばしていくことを中心に新規事業の拡大(水平統合に伴うMA)も視野に入れて動いている状況です。

【主な業務内容】

・財務戦略の策定と実行

会社全体の財務戦略及び資本政策の立案・実行を担当します。

・予算、中計の策定及び管理とレポーティング

∟全社の予算編成・予実管理を行い、定期的なレポーティングを通じて経営陣に対し経営状況の報告や戦略を立案します。

・M&A及び投資判断のサポート

∟事業拡大に伴うM&Aや投資案件の精査・実行サポートを行い、企業価値の最大化を目指します。

・IRに関する業務

∟株主、投資家、金融機関、監査法人等のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション及びレポーティングを担当します。

・財務リスク管理

∟企業の財務リスクを適切に分析し、リスク管理体制を強化します。

・CFO候補として、今後の経営戦略全般への関与

【求める人材】

必須要件

事業会社において以下の経験をお持ちの方

・役員陣に対しての経営戦略の立案(経営企画)経験

・IRに関する業務経験(投資家や証券会社とのコミュニケーション、決算資料作成や説明会の運営、開示資料作成など)

歓迎/尚可

・経営企画の責任者または責任者候補のご経験

・CPAやCMA、CFA、MBA取得者

【給与】

入社時想定年収 1000 万円〜1500 万円

賃金制度

完全月給制

月給 500,000円〜1,250,000円

裁量労働制 固定残業代制

待遇条件・昇給賞与

■月給83.4万円~(①+②+③) ※経験・能力・成果に応じて優遇します。

①基本給 562,000円~

②DC拠出可能給基準額 55,000円

③固定残業手当 217,000円~

なお、③固定残業手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給いたします。

また、45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は、上記①②③とは別に支給いたします。

■昇給有、年2回

※試用期間:3か月間(試用期間中は正式雇用次と同じ条件となります。)
