営業活動の効率化、新たな施策の企画立案を担うポジションとして、
営業企画職を募集することになりました。
【職務詳細】
■営業戦略・営業プロセス設計による利益最大化
・リネンサプライ事業のコスト構造を踏まえた営業施策の立案
・売上向上、営業効率の両立を図る営業スキームの構築
・営業活動の課題を抽出し、業務フローやKPI体系を最適化
■営業活動の仕組み化・システム化
・業務フローの仕組化・システム化を企画・実行(各種プロジェクト参画を含む)
・定量・定性データに基づいた改善提案とPDCAの徹底
・CRM/SFA(D365)の改善・活用促進
■スキル評価・バリューと連動した営業組織設計
・ヤマシタの行動指針であるバリュー(お客様を原点に、チームヤマシタ、
挑戦、やり抜く)を日々の営業活動に落とし込む
・スキル評価指標と営業KPIの紐付け
・営業組織のマネジメント力向上、営業現場に根付かせる支援(1on1設計、WCM)

業務標準化・仕組み化を実施する

【必須】以下いずれかの業務経験を「3年以上」有する方
・営業戦略や営業プロセスの企画・立案、推進
・営業KPIの設計や管理、改善施策の実行
・営業効率化のための仕組み・ツール導入、運用
※「営業企画」「営業推進」「営業戦略」「事業企画」など、呼称は問いません

・業務改善・標準化のプロジェクトをリードした経験
・業務上の課題を発見、改善し、標準の業務フローとして落とし込み、
組織的に展開した経験
【給与】
年収:670万~770万程度
月給制:月額476000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
昇給:年4回(四半期ごとに実施)

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10:00~16:00)

試用期間:有(3ヵ月)
