Service Manager – Automation Systems Service

Position Summary
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Automation Systems Service business in Japan, ensuring profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage P&L, develop service strategies, and lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Automation Systems Service business in Japan, including P&L responsibility.
- Develop and execute service strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and support.
- Manage and develop a team of service professionals, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in service management within industrial automation or process industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage P&L and drive business growth.
