・雇用形態:アルバイト・パート(有期雇用契約6か月以内、継続就労可)

・勤務地:東京都世田谷区桜丘4丁目7-17(小田急線千歳船橋駅徒歩10分)

・勤務形態:夜勤専従(16:30~翌9:30、実働14.5時間)

・月勤務:月4回~10回(相談可)、週3日可

【主な業務内容】

・夕食・夜食のサポート、服薬準備、食事介助

・排泄介助、おむつ交換、記録、見回り、コール対応

・就寝・起床介助、朝食準備、モーニングケア

・職員間の報告・連絡・引き継ぎ

・補助器具やリフト等を導入、腰痛予防に配慮した環境

・介護に専念できるよう清掃等の雑務は業者委託で軽減

【求める人物像】

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)以上の資格保有者

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)や介護福祉士資格がある方は優遇

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
