Position Summary
This strategic sales position requires in-depth knowledge of technology's role in achieving business goals or overcoming challenges. The ideal candidate will apply strategic thinking and planning, coupled with tactical execution, to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on medium- to long-term business environments and industry trends for assigned accounts, developing proposals to contribute to business growth.
- Develop strategic partnerships and build trust with customers, including CxO-level executives, maintaining detailed account profiles and organizational charts reviewed quarterly by management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through deal management and accurate sales forecasting.
- Create new customers and pipelines beyond deep-reaching sales to existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including system engineers, consultants, and support, as well as partner companies, to acquire projects.
- Accurately forecast sales by demonstrating knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact to procurement, ensuring Salesforce is utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of Enterprise Account Manager experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record in a high-growth company of medium size from the information technology/networking industry.
- Fluent English and Japanese language skills.
