Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in managing materials and suppliers for our pharmaceutical factory. This role involves evaluating and maintaining the suitability of suppliers to ensure that raw materials and ingredients used in our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and approving new suppliers based on their quality management systems
  • Maintaining the certification status of existing suppliers
  • Creating agreements with suppliers regarding product quality
  • Communicating with group members, related departments, and suppliers regarding these responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality-related work (preferably in a pharmaceutical QA environment)
  • Experience in drafting contracts or agreements between companies
  • Degree equivalent to high school graduate
  • Proficiency in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Digital skills (PowerBI, etc.) are desirable
  • Business-level English proficiency is not required but preferred (TOEIC 730 points or higher)

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
