Description
We are seeking an exceptional Calibration Specialist to join our team at Takeda's Hikari Plant in Japan. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of various manufacturing equipment, including machinery, instruments, and controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in calibration and maintenance of industrial equipment, as well as experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). They will be responsible for performing routine checks and calibrations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal performance.

This role offers a competitive salary of ¥3,500,000 per year, paid annually, plus allowances, bonuses, and benefits. Working hours are 8:00-16:45, Monday to Friday, with approximately 123 days of paid leave per year. Flexible work styles include flextime and telework.
