業務内容

組織開発グループは「カオナビのビジョン実現を加速させるための組織づくり」をミッションとして活動しております。

そのため、定常業務をこなすだけでは成果は生み出されません。

「今、組織にとって重要なissueは何か?」を常に仮説し、変化に適応しながら組織変容に取り組んでいきます。

【具体的な業務例】

・カルチャーへの働きかけ

事業成長を促進するためのカルチャーをデザインし、社内浸透・現場での実践を促します

・経営課題の解消

全社横断する組織課題や直近の事業戦略遂行を阻害する課題に対して、組織・人の切り口で向き合います

・コミュニケーションの機会提供

経営から現場までの視点・意識のベクトルを揃えるための対話・コラボレーションの場を設けます

・人材開発

階層別研修の提供、事業推進を加速させるためのスキル・ナレッジの組織学習の機会を設けます

上記はあくまで一例であり、領域や業務範囲を限定し過ぎることなく組織課題の解消のために柔軟に活動する部署となります。

【求める人材】

必須要件

・組織開発または人事企画の実務経験(3年以上)

・正解や前例のない課題に対し、自ら仮説を立てて施策を企画・実行した経験

・経営層に対して忖度なく本質的な提言を行い、合意形成を取り付けた経験

・現場の課題感やフィードバックを反映させ、施策を企画・推進した経験

歓迎/尚可

・ワークショップの設計・ファシリテーションの経験

・Geminiなど生成AIを活用した日常業務の効率化・データ分析の習慣

【給与】

入社時想定年収 600 万円〜1000 万円

・月額:年俸の12分割

※1)インセンティブ制度あり(半期の個人評価をもとに年2回支給)
