【具体的な仕事内容】
~世界最大級の金融サービスのプルデンシャルグループ/賞与年4回/残業平均月20~30時間/在宅可~
■担当業務/役割・ミッション:
商品数理業務担当として、チームリーダーおよびマネージャーの監督の下、上述の業務を担っていただきます。
また、将来的な管理職候補としての採用になります。
■チームの業務内容:
1)アクチュアリー業務(商品開発業務)
・商品開発に関わる調査・研究。特にESRを踏まえた商品案の研究
・保険料率の決定および収益検証
・新商品等の認可、届出に係わる金融庁折衝
・経営会議資料作成およびグループ会社・親会社報告、など
2)アクチュアリー業務(利率更改型商品の積立利率設定業務)
・積立利率の決定および収益検証、など
3)アクチュアリー業務(商品の収益性検証)
・商品毎の収益性のモニタリング、など
■働き方:
・在宅勤務:可(原則50%出社、50%在宅)
・時差出勤:可
・フレックス制度:有(コアタイム11:00~15:00)

変動の大きい一時払(貯蓄性)商品ではなく、平準払(保障性)商品の販売推進や、提携先が複数・多種(メガバンクを始め、多くの地銀、証券会社)に渡っており、一社に集中していないことから、バランスのとれた運営となっております。

■必須条件:
・数理業務の実務経験(損保・年金等生命保険会社以外の実務経験を含む)
・PC基本スキル
・日本アクチュアリー会研究会員(2科目以上)

・生命保険会社での商品数理業務の実務経験
・経済価値ベースの負債評価に関する知識・経験を有する方
・MG-ALFAなどのプロジェクトソフトに関する知識・経験を有する方
・金融工学に対する知識・経験を有する方
・英語能力(TOEIC(R)テスト(R)テスト700点程度)
