Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field or equivalent.

Less than 3 years since graduation, or expected to graduate by next year at the latest.

If you are not a native English speaker: A comfortable level of English, or otherwise a strong willingness to learn.

Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an independent mindset.

If you are not Japanese:

High proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or equivalent), and possession of a valid work permit or student visa allowing work in Japan.
