【仕事内容】
自社求人サイト「ゴルジョブ」を通じ、ゴルフ場やメーカーなどへ人材紹介を行うキャリアアドバイザー業務をお任せします。
《具体的には》
- 求職者との面談・ヒアリング(面談件数:月平均20~40件)
- 応募者データの選定とマッチング
- 求職者への求人提案と応募支援
- クライアント企業とのやり取り(書類提出、選考調整など)
- 内定後のフォローアップ、定着支援
