リクサス株式会社でのキャリアアドバイザーのお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

人材紹介サービスにおけるキャリアアドバイザー業務全般を担当していただきます。IT/Web/広告領域の「カケハシHR」、不動産領域の「タッケンHR」、治療家領域の「チリョウカHR」といった専門領域で、求職者の転職支援を行います。

<具体的な業務フロー>

・求職者との面談を通じたキャリアの棚卸しと整理

・最適な企業・求人情報の提案

・面接準備の支援(対策、フィードバック)

・内定承諾・条件交渉のサポート

・入社までの細やかなケアとフォローアップ
