<仕事内容>

\建物を支える施工管理スタッフ/

建築物の耐震補強工事において、

現地調査から施工管理までを一貫して担当します。

【主な業務内容】

・ゼネコンや設計事務所との打ち合わせ

・建物の強度や劣化状況の現地診断

・一級建築士と連携した補強プランの作成

・施工中の工程・品質・安全・コスト管理

・費用や進捗に関する事務作業 など

工期は3ヶ月~半年がメインで、

案件は1件専任制だからじっくり対応可能◎
