General Summary / 職務概要
Commercial Capabilitiesグループは、Sales forceが顧客から最も選ばれる存在になれるようにすることに責任を持ち、Sales forceの役割やコンピテンシー定義に基づき、能力を向上させるための施策をステークホルダーと共に計画し実行する
Sales forceのケイパビリティ向上のための戦略を立案する
BUやAPAC等のステークホルダーと共に、必要な能力開発プログラムを設計・合意し、実行する
中期的な環境変化を踏まえたMR・DM、その他Sales forceの行動モデルのリモデリングを行う
CE・BU・APAC等の目標・戦略を理解し、必要なケイパビリティを強化するための仕組み構築やプログラム開発を行う
必要なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションとアライメントを行う
施策の実行を管理し、効果検証(定性・定量)を行う
Key Requirements (skills, Competencies, Experiences, Certifications) / 必要要件(スキル、知識、経験、資格)
【職務経験】
ケイパビリティ開発の経験、またはマーケティング等において分析や戦略立案業務の経験
MR、DM、KAM経験もしくは同等の経験
