<チーム・ポジションについて>
Trailhead Academyでは、Salesforce が販売する製品トレーニングサービスをお客様やパートナーに提供し、またSalesforce 認定資格プログラムを運用、オペレーションしています。今回は、Trailhead Academy が提供するサービスであるトレーニングや認定資格のオペレーション業務において、業務をサポートいただく研修・認定資格アドミシニアスペシャリスト【障害者採用】のポジションを募集します。このポジンションでは、主に資格やトレーニングに関するお問い合わせの対応、よくある問い合わせ (FAQ) やプロセスドキュメントの管理、Trailhead Academy が関わるプロジェクトや、プログラムにおける業務改善をサポートしていただきます。
お問い合わせには、試験やトレーニングの申し込み、受験時やトレーニングに参加する時のトラブル、資格取得後の資格のメンテナンス、資格アカウントの証明、ステータスの確認などの問い合わせがあります。トレーニングの申込みや資格の情報、ユーザーアカウント情報は社内のシステムで管理しています。システム上でアカウントのデータを確認して回答をしたり、データを修正したりすることもあります。不具合を見つけたら、Globalのチームにエスカレーションをして修正依頼をします。受験者が受験中に問題が発生した際には、試験ベンダーへ繋ぎ、スムーズに問題を解決することをサポートします。トラブルが発生した場合には、常に顧客の信頼を損なわないよう、最善の努力で対応します。
このポジションでは、日本で提供するトレーニング及び資格プログラムの運営をよく理解し、安定したサービスを提供するため、Globalチームとも連携して業務します。日本側の問題やお客様のお問い合わせ傾向をしっかりと把握し、調整すべきことを積極的にGlobalチームに伝えていくため、チームと協力します。また、認定資格プログラムのセキュリティを遵守し、問題の漏洩や不正を見つけたらGlobal へ報告し、グローバルの方針に基づき適切な対応をします。
<責務/Task>
- お客様からのメールでの問い合わせ対応
- サポート業務に必要なケースマネージメントシステムやWebサイトのメンテナンスサポート
- お客様に提供するKnowledge (FAQ) の追加や更新、その他の関連リソースを整備
- チームのプロセスドキュメントのメンテナンス、情報を常に最新に保つ
- グローバルで利用するツールやシステムのローカライズのサポート、積極的にプロジェクト参加(UAT含む)、日本での導入をサポート
- 問い合わせの傾向を理解し、ケースマネージメントの問題や課題を特定し、改善策を提案・実施
<必須要件 (Required)>
- 3年以上のお問い合わせ、サポート窓口経験
- 業務を整理するスキルを持ち、細心の注意を払いながら正確にタスクを完了できる
- 複雑な事象を明確に伝えるコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、同時に相手の話を理解し、傾聴できる
- プロセスや手順を遵守し、迅速に意思決定や判断を下せる
- ダイナミックな環境で、新しい方法や考え方を柔軟に受け入れ、迅速に対応できる能力
- 日本語の読み書き、会話能力を持ち、日本語のニュアンスを正確に捉え、流暢にコミュニケーションがでる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキル (TOEIC 650点相当レベル)
<歓迎要件 (Preferred)>
- カスタマーサポートまたはテクニカルサポート経験
- Google製品 (Spreadsheet, Slide, Document) の使用経験および活用経験
- CRMシステムやデータベースの理解
- Trailhead の利用経験
- Salesforce (特にService Cloud) の利用経験
- Salesforce 認定資格の保有
